Find your home and
process the loan
Your
personal loan Processor will begin collecting
the pertinent documentation needed to fund your
loan. Your Processor will also send you a Good
Faith Estimate, a Federal Truth in Lending and a
Mortgage Program Disclosure, and will also
contact an appraiser to perform an analysis on
your property.
We
will select and put you in touch with a
title company in your area. The title
company will help you fill out the final
documentation and complete the closing and
funding process. At this point you have
