When disputing fails with Credit
Bureaus
This is the next step in clearing up
your credit history. After disputing
your credit items whether they are
collection or late payment accounts.
Please use the enclosed letters and
send directly to the creditor. There
is a special letter for each
category that will get you results.
These letters must be sent certified
return receipt. This letter is date
sensitive and only gives the
creditor 30 days to respond by law.
If they do not respond the item must
be removed. This particular format
will cause the creditor to make
available to you all documentation.
Most collection companies are never
given this information therefore it
will be easier just to remove from
the bureaus. |
